Shipping Policy

We ship Wildcrafted St. Lucian Sea Moss fresh, within the continental United States. Because every product is perishable and refrigerated, we pack and ship with care to keep your order cold from our door to yours.

How we ship
Every order ships in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain temperature in transit. Orders ship Monday through Thursday via USPS or UPS, so packages don't sit in transit over the weekend.

Processing & delivery times
Orders are processed within 4–5 business days. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping speed selected at checkout. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way. We recommend choosing a faster shipping option to help your order arrive cold and fresh.

Shipping rates
Shipping is included on all active subscription orders. For one-time orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the speed you select.

Delivering a perishable product
Because this is a fresh, refrigerated food product, please plan to refrigerate your order promptly on the day it arrives. We can't be responsible for issues outside our control once a package is delivered, including missed or refused deliveries, packages left unretrieved after arrival, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or carrier or weather-related delays.

If your order arrives broken or spoiled due to a shipping failure on our end, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@thevitalmoss.com with your order number and clear photos, and we'll make it right. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
